New promotion system could mean more promoted members for Pinewood

You've probably been sitting at your desk wondering "When am I going to get promoted"? Well, you really had to PM a director and send things you've made, but we don't blame you for not knowing that. The promotion system was never stated in the group description anyway.
Behold, a promotion system that I've spent nearly 5 hours total developing. BASK IN ITS GLORY.
So what is this new system, you might ask? It relies entirely on Google forms. The application form will take you through different questions depending on what rank you apply for. When you sent the application, it shows up in the PBV spreadsheet, where we can check your reponses every Saturday and hand out promotions.
This could mean more systematic promotions as well as helping the directors focus on what they need to do rather than their 25 unread messages.
